The Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine issued a notice of suspicion against the former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Viktor Ratushniak under Part 3 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 15 and Part 3 of Art. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the former commander of the Internal Troops of Ukraine Stanislav Shulyak under Part 3 of Art. 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (complicity in the crime, attempted crime, abuse of power or authority).
This was announced on March 14 by the press service of the GPU.
March 12 this year, the court granted permission for detention of Victor Ratushniak and Stanisłav Shulyak and delivering them to court for imposing a pre-trial restraint.
Currently, these persons are in the wanted list.
