Some citizens try to take free train rides using someone else’s disabled person card. And notably, offenders are of all ages: young adults, middle-aged and older people.
When checking tickets at the stretch "Barkasovo-Strabichovo", in the suburban electric train № 6538 "Uzhgorod-Mukachevo", inspectors caught a citizen who presented a fake pension certificate.
The 41-year-old woman, fortunately, is not disabled, however, when one day she found at the bus stop someone else’s card, which entitles to free travel on public transport, she decided to keep it.
Wanting to save money on tickets, she pasted her photo and soon ventured to take a ride in the electric train with this document. The trick did not work. Workers of the railroad called the police. Law enforcement officers examined this document.
Doubts about its validlity were quickly confirmed, the offender confessed to everything. But unfortunately confession did not save her from unpleasant consequences. The woman is a resident of the city of Mukachevo.
This incident was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations. Preliminary investigations continues. All the circumstances of the incident are being established.
