Will Uzhgorod residents be riding buses for 3 UAH? (Documents)

On the site of Uzhgorod City Council, they posted the draft decision of the executive committee on the increase of the city bus fares to 3 UAH. Here you can read the document that explains the reasons for increase in fare and describes the benefits, and losses from this decision for all actors – people, carriers, the city government. 

In general, the document entitled "On tariffs for

city passenger transport" refers to three options. The first one is not to change tariffs, but then the carriers will lose money and may discontinue their activities. The second one is to reimburse the difference from the city budget, but it is empty, because of the crisis. And the third one is to increase the price and let people pay. Traditionally, they promise that the quality of the bus service will be better.
