In the national park "Synevyr", there are many attractions for tourists. Until now, one of the seven natural wonders of Ukraine - the Synevyr Lake - has been considered the most famous and popular among tourists. But the beginning of this year's tourist season, which started on May holidays, showed that the Rehabilitation center for brown bears, opened in January 2011, also has become extremely popular. A lot of visitors come to see live and groomed brown bears "in the wild", the Centre is especially appealing for children.

Today, there are 12 brown bears in the Rehabilitation center - 10 adults and two 18-month-old cubs, the press service of the park informed. Most of them have already undergone full rehabilitation and feel free in their natural environment. "Using metal mesh and electroshepherd, we have fenced 12 hectares of forest for bears, - the Director of the National Park "Synevyr" Mykola Derbak says. - Animals are doing well, here they live in semi-captivity.Since the Rehabilitation center is the largest in Ukraine, we receive dozens of requests to take bears, that are kept in inappropriate conditions, to the center. Therefore, the number of bears in the center will be increasing.
