Transcarpathian customs officers donated 90 liters of blood for the wounded in the ATO

Officers of the Chop customs, during the last week, were massively donating blood for the wounded soldiers who are involved in anti-terrorist operation, which is taking place in the east of Ukraine.

An example for his subordinates was set by the Acting Head of the Chop customs Igor Strichyk, who was one of the first to come to the Transcarpathian regional blood transfusion station.

- It is our civic duty - to help victims of clashes in the East, - Igor Strichyk said and added - We have supported this noble campaign, as citizens across the country have been doing it, and the people, who give part of themselves for recovery and sometimes saving of soldiers' lives, unite east and west of our country.

Among those officers of the Chop customs, who have donated blood, most were donors not for the first time. Customs officers themselves say that this voluntary campaign is not the first one and will continue to be supported by the staff.
