The soil taken from Narodna Square was stolen (document)
The uzhgorod.in received documentary evidence that the soil taken from Narodna Square last year under the pretext of "reconstruction" was stolen.
Thus, according to the document of the State Inspectorate for Agriculture in Transcarpathian region dd. October 21, 2013 signed by the Deputy Chief of the Inspectorate L. Zavyadyak, on September 26, the Inspectorate issued a permit for the removal and transfer of soil (topsoil) from an area of 0.47 hectares.
Also, according to the document, the house management of the RSA (the customer of the "reconstruction" of Narodna Square) was allowed to use the soil exclusively for planting within the allotted land in the area of 0.26 hectares.
Instead, the soil taken from Narodna Square is gone, nobody has seen it. The grass on the square is covered with rolled lawns. The removed soil was not used for it.
