It was decided to establish the State Fiscal Service as a central executive body whose activities are governed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers, reorganizing the Ministry of income and taxes by transformation.
The relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dd. May 21, 2014 № 160 "On the Establishment of the State Fiscal Service" was published on the website of the Cabinet, – the Ekonomichna Pravda informed.
At the same, the document invalidates the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dd. March 1, 2014 № 67 "On liquidation of the Ministry of income and taxes".
As reported, in early March, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to liquidate the Ministry of income and taxes, and establish the State Tax Service and the State Customs Service on its basis.
