How the repair roads in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

We received these photos of the road at the intersection of Telman and Marko Vovchok streets from our reader, photographer Serhiy Kubyk.

He told us, and through us, the municipal authorities, that in spite of the agreement with the Road Service not to patch during rain, they poured tar in pits right in the water.

"Masters" were "corrected", but now the street looks like this: cut out and not patched pits, water and rubble in puddles. Here and there, one can see signs of "people’s" repair – when people "save" deep pits with bricks, stones…

The fact that this area really needs repairs is known to almost all Uzhgorod residents.

So, hopefully, soon they will repair the street, and this part of the city will be suitable for driving again. Currently, it has features of the "lunar landscape" – with deep "craters". And, yes, we hope that the road will be repaired efficiently.
