From now, registration of data in the State Land Cadastre and changes to them is free of charge

In Ukraine, on July 3, 2014, the Law № 1325 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Land Cadastre" to abolish fees for registration of data in the State Land Cadastre and changes to them" came into force.

As reported by the Main Office of the State land Agency in Transcarpathian region, during the first half of 2014, experts of the territorial bodies in the region have provided to citizens 41,022 administrative services, including 23,163 - free of charge and 17,859 - for a fee.

Thus, the state budget of Ukraine received 1.1 million hryvnia for administrative services provided by the Transcarpathian office of the State Land Agency.

According to this law, the following fees are abolished:

State registration of land (used to be 65 UAH); 

State registration of restrictions in land use (used to be 161 UAH); 

Registration of data (changes to them) in the State Land Cadastre about:

land within the territory of the administrative-territorial units (used to be 161 UAH);

land plot (used to be 60 UAH).

From now on, the financial support of the maintenance and operation of the State Land Cadastre will be carried out at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine.

Under the law, the information from the State Land Cadastre upon request of the executive authorities and local self-government shall be provided free of charge.

As of today, according to the Resolution of the CMU "Some issues of the provision of administrative services by the State Agency of Land Resources and its territorial bodies" dd. 01.08.2014 № 835, the total number of administrative services provided by the Main Office of the State Land Agency in Transcarpathian region and erritorial bodies of the State Land Agency in the districts of Transcarpathian region is 31 services, 24 of which are free and 7 remained paid.
