Who is to blame – the people or the government? The question currently has no answers.
But there is evidence of a true piggishness in the recreational area. Uzhgorod resident Vasyl Kepych published in his facebook pictures.
The man says, "Yesterday with my family I vacationed on the lake near the village of Andrashovtsi, I have not been there for more than five years.Frankly, with those scums who left their garbage there, we can not go to Europe. Resentful is also the fact that the government does not care about picturesque places of our land, the government can only sell or put it into long-term lease. Where is the environmental service? Why is no one held accountable? What are they waiting for? I know for sure that if someone rents this place and starts to restore order there, then state regulatory bodies will come out like rats and will be bothering that person with their regulations. It is a pity that we have not learned and do not want to keep order. However, when we are in Europe, we pose as law-abiding and cultured citizens."
