The state owes to pensioners 1.8 billion hryvnia

In Ukraine, pension arrears currently amount to 1.8 billion hryvnias – the press service of the Party of Pensioners of Ukraine reported.

In February, in almost all regions of the country there are delays in the payment of pensions up to 2-4 days.

As of February 14, the Pension Fund has financed 11.4 billion hryvnias which is only half of the monthly requirement for pension payments.

Recall that now the average pension in Ukraine is 1338 UAH. This year, they are to be increased three times: in March, July and October. To date, Vinnytsya, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Ternopil Cherkasy, and Chernivtsi regions have received only 30% of the necessary funds to pay pensions.
