Only 30% of the funds allocated for the program "Drinking Water" have been used last year

In particular, they carried out major repairs of water supply section through the transport bridge on Ankudinov-Pidhradska st., and even that - for a smaller sum than the originally planned one: 368,000 UAH vs. the planned 508,000 UAH. This is stated in the annual report on implementation of the program "Drinking Water in Uzhgorod for 2012-2020" for the past year.

As stated in the report, in 2013, the Program provided for budget allocations in the amount of 1,209,000 UAH for reconstruction and capital repairs of communal property of the city.

Instead, out of all planned activities, they have only performed the replacement of water supply section through the transport bridge on Ankudinov street, and event that - not for the planned sum of 508,000 UAH, but for 368,000 UAH, which in the report is attributed to the Treasury failing to execute cash expenditures.

Thus, as reflected in the report, only 30% of all planned works under the "Drinking Water" program were performed last year.

However, as noted in the report, "As of January 1, 2014, the financial department has allocated funds in the amount of 233,800 UAH, executed cash expenditures in the amount of 233,800 UAH, the amount of cash payments not approved by the State Treasury of Uzhgorod is 134,500 UAH."
