In Uzhgorod, they will celebrate the Carnival… in the basement (Announcement)

The Festival "Carnival" will be held in Uzhgorod from 22 to 23 of February 2014 supported by Uzhgorod City Hall – the organizers informed.

This year’s festival will be held in the old Rakoczy wine cellars "Owl’s Nest" in one of the central squares of Uzhgorod (Rakoczy st., 2).

The participants of the festival are the leading winemakers of Transcarpathia, including Shosh, Antalovsky, Mukha, Drohobetsky and many others.

At the festival, there will be a wide selection of wines, the program includes funny entertainment, contests, prizes, lots of pancakes and meat and a good winter mood! At least, it is promised in the announcement.

Meanwhile, it has become known that the organizers of the festival "Uzhgorod palachinta" are also preparing to organize holiday for citizens and tourists. And, apparently, again independently on the mayor’s office…
