In Uzhgorod, free apartment was granted to a janitor

Як повідомлялось раніше, в Ужгороді створено умови для безплатного виділення квартири, що належить міській раді.

Мова йде про квартиру на вул. Березня, 28/2. Ця квартира створена на першому поверсі у приміщенні, яке належало жеку №5.

As previously reported, in Uzhgorod, there are conditions for free allocation of apartments, owned by the city council.

It refers to the apartment at 8 Bereznya st., 28/2. This apartment is on the first floor in the building previously owned by the housing department №5.

Under the contract, the apartment is leased to a housing department employee who works a janitor and enjoys benefits.

The representative the City Council informed that the janitor is registered in the appartment, and for a year had been trying to receive title to it as provided by law. Prosecutors conducted inspections, no violations were found.

However, journalists and civil society activists have reason to believe that the janitor is a shill.

Members of the Executive Committee were proposed to revise this decision and possibly to grant the apartment to those registered in the housing queue.

7 Executive Committee members voted to leave the issue in the draft decision. Then the draft decision was adopted as a whole.

Thus, in Uzhgorod, with the permission of 7 members of the Executive Committee, the 1-bedroom apartment was granted to the janitor of the housing department №5 for free.
