Has Uzhgorod lost a grant for 180 thousand euro?

At least, this is what journalist Vitaliy Hlahola reported on his page on Facebook : "The City Council today lost 180,000 euros that the Poles gave for devoloping a grant project for the "Wine cellar". The NGO "Agency, Centre for Development of Innovation, Investment and Tourism in Uzhgorod", actually a private company, sued the city, and today the court arrested EUR 100,000 of this amount on the foreign exchange account of the municipality. Now the company of a certain local politician will receive 5,000,000 UAH for writing the "here we have an idea to restore the cellar. Please, EU give us money for it." The organization is registered at Babiak street 1/78".

But it is not so simple. As Valentin Voloshin commented on the situtaion: "Vitaliy is not exactly correct. The trail is not over. And it's not about all of 180,000 euro. And it was given not for project drafting. The city in partnership with the Poles won the project for one million, and it is only the first tranche on the account. Trykur's Agency demands salary, and they try to cheat them. In general, it is not clear who is to blame. It is clear that no one will give the city of Uzhgorod any grant ever again, unless it is rectified."
