The "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC will not cut-off the pump and sewage treatment plants of Uzhgorod from power supply - this decision was taken as a result of a bilateral meeting between the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC management and the management of Transcarpathian region. This was announced by the Acting. General Director of the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC Artem Martyniuk.
He said that during the meeting they had discussed the current difficult situation in the energy sector of Ukraine, which is the reason for increased efforts to have debts for electricity repaid by all debtors. Also, they discussed the situation with the ME "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod".
"During the meeting, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Valeriy Lunchenko promised to take all possible measures to settle the existing debt for electricity of the ME "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" to the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC, - Artem Martyniuk said. - Instead, the power company will not disconnect pumping and sewage treatment plants of Uzhgorod from the power supply, that is will not prevent water supply to the population."
