Land for participants of the ATO: what you need to know

The government supported and took special control over the initiative of the State Agency of Land Resources in Ukraine to grant land for participants of the ATO.

How much can you receive?

The initiative applies to people who have not taken advantage of the right to free land privatization. The purpose of the allocated plots will be construction and farming. Thus, for personal farming, they will be granting plots in area not exceeding 2 hectares; for gardening - plots within 0.12 acres, and about 10 acres for the construction of personal country house.

Recall that as of now, in Transcarpathian region, they have picked up 31 land plots with total area of ​​351.3 hectares for the further granting to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are protecting national interests in this difficult time for the country. 

What do you need to do for that?

Persons wishing to obtain free land can apply to the General Directorate of the State Land Agency in Transcarpathian region at 88017, Uzhgorod, Narodna Sq., 4. Applications can be sent by mail, submitted in person or through territorial unit of the State Land Agency at the location of the land plot.

The application must specify the purpose of the land and have graphics with the desired location attached. The size of land plot is to be indicated in these graphic materials. You must also submit a document confirming participation in the ATO.

If necessary, you will be assisted in the preparation of documents for submitting an application. You will also be advised on the registration of title to the land.
