City officials gave Uzhgorod soldiers radios

Radio sets have been sent to our countrymen who are defending Ukraine from invaders and terrorists in the East. Some of the radios were demonstrated yesterday in the City Hall. Military kits were purchased with funds raised by deputies of Uzhgorod City Council.

Currently, these radios are very needed by our soldiers who are on the checkpoints and have to comunicate through mobile phones.

The Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey thanked representatives of the volunteer movement who are constantly in touch with our soldiers - it was them who suggested to buy the radios for the funds raised.
