Businesses and public of Transcarpathia participated in the third Anti-Corruption Forum

At the State Fiscal Service, there was the third session of the Anti-Corruption Forum. The event was held in the mode of video conference with main offices in regions and in Kyiv.

The main topics of the forum were practical measures of the government towards combating corruption.

"Today, the main internal enemy in Ukraine is corruption, which in recent years has become rampant. Only effective and coordinated cooperation of state authorities, society, entrepreneurs and businesses of all levels will allow to finally overcome this outraging phenomenon and to create such conditions that would make it gone forever," - the head of the SFS of Ukraine Igor Bilous said, during the third meeting of the Anti-Corruption Forum.

They have already approved amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, which would solve the problem of fictitious tax credit. The new system of electronic tax administration will allow to carry out recovery and collection of this tax automatically. This, in turn, will reduce the burden on businesses, reduce the impact of human factors and, consequently, the level of corruption. The next step is changes to the administration of a single contribution for obligatory state social insurance. In this regard all efforts of the SFS employees aimed at unshadowing salaries and reducing an enormous demand for cash.

One of the key measures to combat corruption is the development of electronic services, as a result of which a tax officer will not be able to touch the paper at all.

"We need to create such environment for business where its interaction with the tax and customs authorities would be simple, clear and transparent. And the business itself initiates such changes.   Only radical changes and radical actions will allow us to live in a new way, to live better", - Igor Bilous said.
