Valeriy Lunchenko officially presented his deputies
On Thursday, April 24, the Head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Valeriy Lunchenko presented the heads of departments the First Deputy Head of the RSA - Andriy Serbaylo and the Deputy Head of the RSA - Mykhailo Rivis.
First of all, Valeriy Lunchenko reported that Mykhailo Popovich resigned from the post of the Deputy Head of the RSA. The head of the region thanked him for his work and expressed hope that his positive developments would be continued.
Andriy Serbaylo was appointed as the first deputy head of the regional state administration. He will be in charge of the issues of socio-economic development, industrial policy, enterprise development, community and commercial services, the implementation of state regulatory policy, agricultural policy, veterinary medicine, land use and protection, science and education, health care, maternal and child health, culture and arts, youth policy, physical culture and sports, national minorities and religion, information activities and communications with the public, and migration.
- Having experience in the executive branch and as the deputy chairman of the regional council, I know problems and urgent issues of the development of the region very well. I hope for fruitful cooperation with all departments. It is a difficult time, but I am convinced that together we will achieve significant results - Andriy Serbaylo addressed the audience.
The deputy head of the RSA Mykhailo Rivis will be working in the sector of housing and road services, energy, energy efficiency, transport and communications, construction, infrastructure development, tourism, urban planning, architecture and regional development, property management and privatization, foreign economic relations, investments and cross-border cooperation, emergency and civil protection, natural resources, ecology and environment.
