The trip to the EU again finished in Transcarpathia

Over the weekend, border guards of the Chop detachment arrested three illegal immigrants from the Caucuses.

In the first case, in the area of ​​the department "Huta", the task force with a dog arrested two men who were going through the forest towards Slovakia. When asked by border guards to provide ID, the offenders reported that they did not have any documents on them. The "travelers" informed that they were citizens of Georgia and planned to get to one of the EU countries in search of a better life.

Another "seeker of happiness" was detained by officers of the department "Uzhgorod" near the regional center. The man without documents said that he was a native of Georgia and was going to Slovakia.

The offenders were taken to the station for identification, establishment of the circumstances of the offense and drafting administrative and procedural documents. Their further fate and responsibility under the law will be determined by the court.
