In Transcarpathia, they will restore the damaged vehicle crossing over the Tisa river
During the international meeting between representatives of the Transcarpathian regional leadership headed by the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Valeriy Lunchenko and representatives of the Romanian government headed by the prefect of the Maramures county Anton Rogian, they discussed projects to be considered in the future. In particular, they talked about the joint project to build a vehicle bridge across the Tisa, which would connect the city of Sziget in the Maramures county and the village of Bila Tserkva in Rakhiv district, Transcarpathian region.
The checkpoint Sziget - Bila Tserkva is included to the list of projected checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Romanian border due to the fact that transboundary lines of the Romanian Maramures county run in Sziget. Both sides agreed on further cooperation and a more detailed discussion on this issue.
