In the Transcarpathian Regional Administration, they discussed the budget

On Thursday, April 3, the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Mykhailo Popovich held an expanded meeting with heads of financial departments of district state administrations and city executive committees to ensure compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Government to balance the local budgets in 2014 during their execution and ensure economical and efficient use of public funds.

During the meeting, they discussed recently passed by the Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regulations aimed at preventing risks to the balance of local budgets during their execution. Thus, during the meeting, they discussed the creation of conditions for the timely payment of wages, stipends, pensions and other social benefits, and to ensure prudent and efficient use of public funds and strengthening fiscal discipline by all players in the budget process.

Also, they discussed the issue of enforcement of the CMU order dd. March 1, 2014, № 65 "On saving public funds and prevention of budget losses" and the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. March 1, 2014, № 156-p "On measures to balance the local budgets in 2014 during their execution," and amendments to local budgets of Transcarpathian region for 2014 with regard to the provisions and requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Amending the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2014" dd. March 27, 2014, № 1165-VII".
