Football Tournament "I Belive in U" helps children

The second tournament "I Belive in U", which brought together all people involved in charity and, of course, football, has finished.
This time, the tournament organizers decided to hold the event in another location, namely on the artificial turf in the village of Nevytske. Despite the comforting forecasts, the rain started pouring in the morning and did not subside for a moment. But that did not stop the players from playing football and raising money for children.
This time, unlike in previous competitions, 12 teams were registered. According to the regulations, they were divided into four groups of three teams. Two best teams from each group played quarter-finals, and then there were semi-finals and final. Every game consisted of two halves of 9 minutes.
In tense semi-finals "Phoenix" (ex-Storm) defeated stubborn "Tour" - 2:1. "Amateur", in turn, defeated "West Wind" only in penalty kicks.
In the final, there was a viscous fight with a little dominance of "Phoenix", but, nevertheless, it ended with a draw - 1:1. So, the teams had to determine the champion in penalty kicks. "Phoenix" was more accurate and thus won the championship in the second tournament "I Belive in U".
After the game, the participants expressed their views on improvements in the tournament. Also, the level of competitiveness in the tournament, the number of good-quality teams that show a good game significantly increased.
So expect announcements of the next competitions "I Belive in U" soon.
