Two thieves from Khust were hunting for purses in Uzhgorod buses

Two thefts were committed today, January 28, in Uzhgorod by thieves from Khust. First, an UzhNU student reported to the police officers that in a bus an unknown person had stolen from her handbag a wallet with money in the amount of 260 UAH, a bank card and a student card. The amount of loss is 260 UAH. As a result of the measures taken by the police it was found out that the theft had been committed by a 35-year-old female resident of Khust.

Around the same time, and also in the bus, a purse was stolen from a 53-year-old female resident of the Korytnyany village. The amount of loss is 80 UAH. Another female resident of Khust - born in 1959 - is suspected in this crime. In both cases, the evidence was seized.
