Why does the main street of Uzhgorod have the Italian name, why do we drink as much coffee as an average Italian citizen, why are our coffee shops different from those in Lviv, and why does our coffee taste better? And anyway, how and why did the city of Uzhgorod appear? The answers to these and other questions are hidden in the history of the Middle Ages, – organizers of the Open Uzhgorod Tours project say.
So, tour guide Yuri Slavik prepared for residents and visitors of the city the excursion on "Medieval Uzhgorod" which will take place on this Sunday. The beginning is on January 13, Sunday, as always, on Teatralna sq., near the Mikolajczyk, at exactly 14.00.
