A native of Muzhiyevo will head the National Theatre of Hungary

The director from Beregovo Attila Vidniansky will become the new head of the National Theatre of Hungary. This was announced by the Minister of Labour and Human Resources of Hungary Z. Balogh. 
The decision was taken by the voting at the commission, whose members included prominent figures of culture and arts in Hungary. In total there were four candidates for the position, but only two met the high demands and reached the final vote. The majority of nine members of the commission voted for A. Vidniansky, one was against, and one abstained. The term of the new director begins on July 1, 2013 and will end exactly in five years - in 2018. A. Vidniansky is a native of the village of Muzhiyevo, currently he works as the director of the Hungarian Drama and Theatre Chokonai in Debrecen, his father for over 30 years was the director of the school in Muzhiyevo.
