Vynogradiv DSA has a new head

Vynogradiv district is headed by Mykhailo Kochish.

 By the Decree of the President dated September 9, 2013, Mykhailo Kochish is appointed as the Head of Vynogradiv district state administration. Prior to that Mykhailo Kochish for two years was working in the public service - first as the Chief of Staff of Vynogradiv DSA, then - as the Deputy Head. 

Note: Mykhailo Kochish was born on July 14, 1967 in the village of Novoselytsia in Vynogradiv District. He has two degrees: graduated from the Kyiv Higher Naval Political School majoring in "Military and Political Navy" (1989), later - was qualified as a lawyer in Uzhgorod National University (2005). After graduation he taught history. From 1991 to 2001 he worked in the customs authorities in Transcarpathian region.   Since 2011, he worked as the Chief of Staff of Vynogradiv DSA. From February 2013 to the appointment he worked as the Deputy Head of Vynogradiv DSA.
