"Transcarpathian Express" came to Volovets district

For a few days, a delegation of 230 Hungarian tourists stayed in Volovets district.It was part of the program "Transcarpathian Express".

The program has been active for three years and is being implemented by the "Info-13" NGO from Budapest under the direction of Baila Molnar. On the Ukrainian part, the organization was ensured by the head of Beregovo district association of rural tourism Charlotte Chizmar, joined by Volovets district and town authorities, Verba village council, NGOs - Association for Tourism Promotion "Shipot" and "Ridne Zakarpattya."

The goal of the program is cooperation, visiting places associated with Hungarian period and learning about Ukrainian culture and features of Verkhovyna region. According to Volovets village council, Hungarian guests visited the Veretsky Pass, the Mount Korna, the Mynchyl pass, the wooden church in the village of Huklyve.
