The "Patent" does not want to give the problematic dormitory for free

The "Patent" company, which specializes in manufacturing printing products, is not going to transfer their dormitory on the balance sheet of the city for free. This was announced by the director of the company Ivan Kliuchevsky at the meeting of Uzhgorod Executive Committee today, October 2.

The "Patent" dormitory is known in the city as the problematic one, its residents have repeatedly stated that the apartments should belong to them, not to the printing plant.

However, the current debt of the dormitory to utilities is 105,000 UAH, including 35,000 UAH - for water.

At the same time, according to Kliuchevsky, the enterprise for 2 years in a row has been unprofitable, but it is solvent. The average salary is 1,976 UAH, the plant employs 89 workers.
