The first tears of schoolchildren... or depression in the first frade?

"The time is lost. You should have started to prepare a child to school as early as one month before the fall" - this was the answer of a child psychiatrist Svitlana Apostol when she was asked the question: "What should those families, where a child, who had eagerly waited for the bell to call for lessons, now flatly refuses to go to school, is rampant, does not obey teachers, do?"...

"You should act - the doctor continued. - Although, you can blame only yourselves. Probably you made the child have too high expectations from school, guarded him or her too much, therefore a boy or a girl just does not know how to communicate with their peers and does not know what to do in such situations".

Well, if the student is hyperactive then problems can not be avoided, not only in the classroom with teachers, introvert peers, but also at home... Nobody wants to hear every day from teachers: "Your child is too hectic, unattentive, undisciplined"... Here we must understand that it's hard for children to focus on the behavior and performance of the task at the same time... You should explain that from now on everything has changed: games and leisure can be only after school.     In any case, do not criticize. Do not be nervous, do not point out mistakes constantly. This will cause low self-esteem, which would then be difficult to eradicate."

Ms. Svitlana said, "that parents sometimes are quite comfortable with kids spending much time at the computer. Why waste their minutes after a hard day on conversations? This is not right. Internet is not a substitute for real communication!"

Sad to say, but the age of "depression" becomes younger and not because boys and girls almost immediately from the first grade suffer from "insomnia", respond to the weather with changes in mood, isolate themselves from peers. It's just that now this problem is on everyone's lips, so even children now know the symptoms of "the disease of the soul."

The main thing to remember is that leaders are not born. Try to instill in your children kindness, compassion, sincerity, it will assist them in the realization of the individual self. Then there will be no need to refer to specialists with problems that stand in the way of self-development and identity formation.
