New and qualitative changes are for the benefit the state and business

On the one hand – simplification, on the other hand – higher quality and efficiency. Those are the priorities of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region. The emergence of the new agency is beneficial, first of all, for business, hence less checks and more service for entrepreneurship.

Combining of functions in the field of compliance with tax and customs legislation made it possible to increase the efficiency of the administration of taxes and fees, significantly reduce the number of inspections of businesses and increase the effectiveness of supervisory review. Regarding the latter, recently specialists of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region started the first documentary check of tax and customs legislation. Employees of foreign exchange and customs audits departments analyze the entities’ compliance with tax, currency and customs legislation of Ukraine. 

Joint audit significantly reduces the number of visits to the company and at the same time increases the effectiveness of supervisory review. In addition, combining of customs and tax IT infrastructure allows to monitor the actual traffic of goods from the border to the consumer in real time. This mechanism will reduce the number of customs and tax laws violation and create a fair system of foreign trade and economic activity.In general, the optimal combination of planning and regulation, in turn, will contribute to building effective systems of customs and tax administration, the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region assured.
