From Uzhgorod to Prague in 50 minutes (SCHEDULE)
Yesterday, there was the first international flight from Transcarpathia to the capital of the Czech Republic "Uzhgorod-Prague". The departure took place at 13.20 from Uzhgorod airport.
According to the deputy director of the Department - the Head of the Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Department of the Regional State Administration Eduard Malyar, the new flight will enable the region to receive planes from European countries. "The flight "Uzhgorod-Prague" is the investment project, which will strengthen the positioning of the region, including the city of Uzhgorod, on the transport and tourist map. With an international airport, we will enhance the tourism potential of the western region as a whole", - Eduard Malyar said.
Currently, the following schedule has been developed:
Tuesday: Uzhgorod - Prague 13:20 - 14:10, Prague - Uzhgorod 15:30 - 18:20 (Kyiv and Prague time respectively).
Friday: Uzhgorod - Prague 8:00 - 8:50, Prague - Uzhgorod 10:20 - 13:10.
After the last Friday flight, the plane leaves for the next flight to Kyiv, and on Tuesday, before flying to Prague, the plane returns from Kyiv to Uzhgorod.
The flight is carried out by the "Motor Sich" company.
