Czech delegation inspected educational institutions of Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)
After the opening of the Czech language class at the Uzhgorod School number 3, the delegation from Vysocina region visited the kindergarten number 9 in Mukachevo, where the joint project was implemented this year. As a result of cooperation between Transcarpathia and Vysocina, they replaced 62 windows and doors 6 with energy-saving ones. In total, they spent 210,000 UAH, including 100,000 UAH allocated by the Czech party, and 110,000 UAH allocated by Mukachevo City Council.
That day, the Czechs also visited the school of Masaryk in Svalyava. Two years ago, the city council returned the educational establishment school № 1 the name of the first president of Czechoslovakia, Tomas-Harrih Masaryk. Now, 445 children study in the school. Total number of classes is 24.
Over the past two years, a joint project with Vysocina region for replacement of windows and doors was being implemented at the school. The Czech partners assessed the quality of the works performed. Afterwards, hetmans of Vysocina Jiri Byehounek, Parbudice Martin Netolotski, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic Ivan Počuch laid flowers at the bust of the first president of Czechoslovakia, Tomas-Harrih Masaryk.
On the same day in Svalyava district, the delegation visited the kindergarten in the village of Rodnykova Huta. In the framework of the joint project with Vysocina region, they performed the reconstruction of the building there. Last year, they spent 250,000 UAH. For this money they repaired the premises, replaced windows, made heating. This year the "Viza" Foundation allocated 110,000 UAH, another 110,000 UAH were allocated from the regional budget. It was possible to replace the roof on the school.
The Czech delegation also plans to visit Khust and Vynogradiv districts.
