The consideration of one of the cases of Narodna Square was shifted back for Friday, another one – for October 15, and the "case of five" – for November 4. The reason is the absence of one of the speakers (the statement of absence due to good cause has been written, but the Office of the Court did not register it before the meeting) and a representative of the company "Perepilka" (although, the director of the company Kirshenbaum before the trial and during the meeting was in the corridors of the court).
The activists suggest that the delay is intentional so that figurants would not hinder the work on Narodna Square. Representatives of the court have not commented on the situation yet.
