In late October, the restored Schönborn Park will be opened in Perechyn district

The first and most difficult stage of the restoration of one of the Schönborn family parks is over, so on October 26, in the village of Turya Pasika, near the Voyevodino tract, there will be the presentation of the project.In particular, the visitors will learn about the restored artificial lake of Tur the shoreline of which is similar to the map of Austria-Hungary in 1867 and will see a functioning water mill.

During the research of the area, the experts found the remains of ancient sculptures, including the head of St Luke and a bust of the Apostle Mathew. The statues of saints were restored and placed on a stone bridge. The project of the revival of historical heritage in Perechyn district is curated by Serhiy Moshak. The patron said that access to the park would be free and that the project is aimed at increasing tourist attraction of the region.

At the opening of the park they will invite officials from Austria and Hungary, artists and art historians known in the region and Ukraine, experts in tourism and media.
