The Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region registered in the URPI and initiated the pre-trial investigation of the criminal offense under Part 4 of Art.368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit by an official) for soliciting and receiving of illegal benefit by the Deputy Chief of Urban Planning Complex and Land Resources Department of Uzhgorod City Council.
The prosecutor’s office has confirmed that it is Leonid Samsonov. Also, this information was confirmed by sources in the municipality.
