Overpaid single social contribution will be transferred to the Ministry of Income automatically

Balances of the single social contribution, that were accounted on the Pension Fund’s accounts, will be automatically transferred to the accounts of Ministry of Income under acts of reception and transmission of data

STI in Uzhgorod reports that starting from October 1, 2013, all the procedures for the acceptance and processing of the single contribution accounting records shall be carried out by the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine.

Balances of the Single social contribution, which were accounted one the accounts of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, will be transferred automatically to the accounts of the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine under acts of reception and transmission of data.

No further applications on trasfer of funds are required.

The procedure of the single contribution payment is set out in the Regulations on the procedure for calculation and payment of a single contribution for obligatory state social insurance approved by the Order of the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine dd. September 9, 2013 № 455 and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2013 under the number 1622/24154.
