 Over 50% of Ukrainians do not trust a single ministry

Most Ukrainians trust the State Emergencies Service, the former Ministry of Emergencies.

These are the results of the research on which ministry and service Ukrainians trust in 2013, conducted by "Research & Branding Group".

The top five ministries and public service with the highest level of trust are the State for Emergencies Service, the Ministry of Culture, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The combined percentage of the population who trust the ministries was over 32%.


The agencies, that are most trusted, are the State Inspectorate for Consumer Protection, the Pension Fund, the State Service of Youth and Sports, and the State Agency on Science, Innovations and Information.

The ministries with the lowest level of trust are the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture.

The most ineffective public services, according to respondents, are the executors, fiscal and sanitary-epidemiological services.

It should also be noted that over 51% of Ukrainians do not trust any ministry.

The overall proportion of distrust in the civil services was almost 49%.
