The Governor of the region Oleksandr Ledyda issued the decree "On the organization of the reception of foreign delegations, groups and individuals," which essentially introduces the control of foreigners who come to our region. Thus, the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Cross-Border Cooperation of the Regional State Administration is instructed to report in writing to the security division of the Regional State Administration the names and positions of members of the foreign delegations, as well as duration and purpose of visit. Together with this information, they will have to provide a copy of the schedule of foreigners visits. The security division of the Regional State Administration is instructed to inform in writing the Security Service of Ukraine about the reception of foreigners in the region.
The Governor ordered heads of district state administrations and city executive committees to appoint persons in charge of the reception of foreign delegations by November 8.
