18 million tons of cargo have been transported through the Chop customs

During nine months, more than 18 million tons of cargo have been transported through the Chop Customs.

Between January and September 2013, 1361 entities in Transcarpathia have made export-import operations. In total, 2,093 entities participating in foreign economic relations, conducting operations with goods, are registered at the Chop customs, the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathia informed.

Within 9 months in 2013, experts of the Chop customs have issued 73,990 customs declarations.

From January to September this year, more than 6.6 million citizens have crossed the border through checkpoints of the Chop customs.

The number of vehicles that have crossed the customs border of Ukraine has also increased. In total, the number of vehicles, which have been cleared by inspectors in January-September 2013, is almost 3 million
