According to the sources, Vilnius they are agreeing on the joint declaration on further relations between the EU and Ukraine after the failure to sign the Association Agreement during tomorrow’s session of the Eastern partnership summit.
According to this information, the document provides for signing of the Association Agreement during the next EU-Ukraine summit, scheduled to take place in late February and early March 2014.
In addition, the documents provides for procedures for settlement of trade and economic conflicts with Russia. This text does not provide for participation of the Russian party in the negotiations.
