It will be a unique event for the city due to the combination of different types of martial arts and trends related to the promotion of healthy lifestyles and active leisure time. At the event, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about such outdoor activities as yoga, enactment, healthy eating, strike-ball, etc. The program is compiled in such a way that visitors were not only the audience, but could also directly participate in open trainings, talk to trainers and participants, try to personally perform various techniques, forms and moves, learn more about the type of martial art they are interested in.

After the morning interactive part of the event, where visitors will have an opportunity to try and feel the positive effects of martial arts, representatives of clubs will show the most spectacular elements of their arts in the evening show.

Another striking element will be the finale of the event - evening fire show and the concert of the band "Trysta8isim".
