Today, near the village of Muzhiievo in Beregovo district, there was an accident involving a minivan and a bus Uzhgorod-Chernivtsi.
The minivan "Mercedes Sprinter", moving from Vynogradiv, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with the bus "Icarus". The investigative team and the rescue squad was sent to the scene.
Almost none of the bus passengers were injured (only one woman had to be hospitalized), but the female driver of the "Mercedes" and her passenger received serious injuries. The passenger of the "Mercedes" was immediately taken to Beregovo district hospital. And the driver had to be released using special equipment. The causes of the accident currently are being established by the investigation – Ivan Herhardt, Beregovo District Police reported.
