A woman driver hit a pedestrian on a pedestrian crossing
Yersterday, a 33-year-old resident of the city reported to Uzhgorod law enforcement officers that about 17.30, driving a car "VAZ - 2101", on Mynaiska street she had hit a pedestrian - a woman aged about 30 years - on the pedestrian crossing near the shop "Kashtan".
The police identified the victim - a 23-year-old worker of the cafe "Gin". The woman received injuries in the form of brain contusion of medium severity, temporal bone fracture on the left side. She was admitted to the neurosurgical department of the regional hospital. The vehicle was delivered to the impound lot of Uzhgorod City Police. The driver refused to provide explanations, according to the test, she was sober.
