A film by Uzhgorod journalist received the audience award in Moscow

The Audience Award of the international competition of student films and programs went to the film "Old Bricks" by Maxim Melnyk, employee of the Tisa 1 TV channel.

 

The movie "Old Bricks" was filmed at the Bratislava Academy of Entertainment Arts.

 Best films were chosen from among representatives of 30 countries. 62 films were presented at the competition.

 The 33rd International Festival was held 18-23 of November in Moscow. For the first time the festival was held in 1961. Now this event is one of the biggest festivals, where creative people from around the world gather to showcase and discuss student films and theater performances.

 Over the years laureates of the festival were Andrei Tarkovsky, Andrei Konchalovsky, Nikita Mikhalkov, Svetlana Druzhynina.
