Uzhgorod prosecutors managed to abolish the title for illegally constructed objects
The Court of Appeal upheld the Uzhgorod prosecutors appeal on illegally constructed objects. They are preparing appeal to abolish illegal decisions of the Uzhgorod City Council session.
According to the senior prosecutor of Uzhgorod Vadim Savchak, the city prosecutors found the court decision that, in violation of the civil and land laws, grant title for illegally constructed facilities in the city of Uzhgorod.
Not having the appropriate permits, certain individuals built objects on the land owned by the city. Uzhgorod City and District Court recognized the above-mentioned persons' title for the illegally built objects. In turn, Uzhgorod City Council, based on such judgment, leased the land to those citizens.
Instead, prosecutors of Uzhgorod appealed the above judgments, and the Transcarpathian Regional Court of Appeal upheld those appeals in full. Thus, the title for illegally constructed facilities have been canceled.
Currently, the city prosecutor's office are preparing an appeal to cancel the illegal decisions of the Uzhgorod City Council session.
