Toilets in Transcarpathian schools will be in-doors - now Ledyda promised

This year a lot will be done in Transcarpathia to equip restrooms inside schools, and not out-doors, - the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda assured at the press conference today, March 20.

He said that there was the relevant program for this and the regional authorities were dealing with this matter. However, the "governor" did not specify what the level of this program was - national, regional or local, and for what funds it was planned.

Recall that in the summer of last year the Prime Minister Mykola Azarov promised that all schools of Ukraine would have been equipped with in-door restrooms by the beginning of the school year 2012-2013, and later the Minister of Education and Science Dmytro Tabachnik specified: if not by September 1, then definitely by October 1.

However, in Transcarpathia so far they have done virtually nothing, especially in mountain settlements, school toilets are still outside.
