The court approved the seizure of documents in one of the polling stations in Mukachevo

The decision on a request from the investigator was taken today around 14.00.

On Monday, March 11 at 13.00, the meeting of the Mukachevo City Court began, at which they considered the reguest of the Mukachevo police investigator to seize the protocols of the election commission of the polling station 15010 in the constituency number 5 and the final report of Mukachevo City Election Commission.

The request was made on the basis of the collective statement of several members of the election commission, claiming that in the final protocol their signatures are forged.

Thus, after the satisfaction of the request, the investigator should summon the commissioners who claim that it is not their signatures in the protocol again to confirm the claims. If those commissioners insist that it is not their signatures (ie the signatures are forged), then the expert examination will be held.

After the examination according to the procedure, the decision on signatures forgery or against the commissioners for providing false information about the crime must be taken.

Recall that on March 7, the Regional Election Commission officially announced the winners of the midterm election to the Transcarpathian Regional Council in 5 constituencies. In the constituency number 5, Andriy Baloha was announced as the winner.
