That's why Vynogradiv kindergartens are left without sausages
This year, pupils of all six Vynogradiv kindergartens are left without sausages - the local authorities decided not to buy them because of lack of money.
This became known from the "Journal of Public Procurement."
December 24, 2012, Vynogradiv City Council announced a tender for the supply of meat to kindergartens. They planned to purchase 6,450 kg of sausages for preschoolers for the year 2013.
Four entrepreneurs took part in the tender who offered the price of 26 to 39 UAH per kilogram (excl. VAT).
As a result, the city council are not buying the goods from any of them - the bid failed because the city budget does not provide for funds for sausages for preschoolers.
Officially, the reason is as follows "Due to reduction in spending on the procurement of goods and services."
